Where other and temporary housing facilities still require a reasonable construction time, our Tiny Houses can be obtained on site within a short period of time. In addition, our Tiny Houses can be easily moved and reused as they are built on a trailer.
A tiny temporary home
Tiny combi model The TINY Combi is a cosy, atmospheric and comfortable home with all mod cons. Just like a normal house, but a lot smaller! The designers have spent months creating the most efficient home possible with a surface area of 25m2. Important design pillars were quality, durability, warm and homely. The TINY Combi is available in two- and four-bed versions. Unique living experience Tiny Houses have become incredibly popular in recent years. Not surprisingly, because Tiny Houses are fully in line with today's thinking on sustainability, the environment and more affordable living. In addition, Tiny Houses are perceived by residents themselves as very atmospheric and warm. Especially as temporary living facilities, Tiny Houses are an experience to stay in. Minimal impact The TINY Combi is circularly built with as many natural building materials as possible. Electricity is generated by means of solar panels and it is completely off gas. Thanks to the high insulation value and built-in underfloor heating, the house is warm all year round. Options such as full self-sufficiency, water-saving shower heads and the use of rainwater are possible within TINY concepts!
Looking for pilot sites
Cooperation with Jongerius Invest B.V. and OOK Architects To realise sustainable Tiny House residential environments, TINY has partnered with property developer Jongerius Invest B.V. and OOK Architects. Meanwhile, the first concept plans have been developed and sufficient capital has been raised to realise an initial residential environment with as many as 30 Tiny Houses. The next step is to find a location. We are therefore keen to get in touch with municipalities that are open to our innovative and sustainable housing concepts.
