Tiny Parks
Tiny.nl is a proud partner and supplier of Tiny Parks. All 40 Tiny Houses have been built and supplied by Tiny.nl since the beginning of this success story in the beautiful parks. Meanwhile, Tiny Parks has expanded to include two more parks on Nature Island Tiengemeten and in the beautiful town of Saint-Hubert, in the middle of the Ardennes.
Ferienpark/Holiday park Dülmener See
Less than 2 hours' drive from Werkhoven, you will find the beautiful holiday park Dülmener See in Germany. The park lies on a lake and contains 2 large fields. 1 field with 50 old and worn-out chalets/tiny houses in need of replacement. And a brand new field where 60 new homes will be placed. Tiny.nl is one of the two builders that will provide this park with a lot of new chalets and tiny houses. A wonderful large-scale and sustainable collaboration that Tiny.nl is extremely happy about!

Ilan and Judith decided some time ago to move back to their roots from bustling and busy Amsterdam: namely Kessel in the beautiful North Limburg countryside. Green nature, tranquillity and space with enough arterial roads to seek out city life define this region. They own a beautiful farmstead here where they decided to purchase a Tiny House so that a lot of people can also enjoy this region.

Six Buxus models at Camping Bakkum
At the largest campsite in the Netherlands, surrounded by nature, pine forests and dunes and close to the beach, Tiny.nl was proud to deliver 6 boxwood models. The cottages have been precisely tailored to their requirements so that Camping Bakkum can give their customers the optimal experience! A successful project that we hope to enjoy for a long time to come. Aren't they pictures?
Tiny garden house in Leiden
Leiden, a picturesque and giant cosy city in South Holland. The place where Tiny.nl was allowed to deliver a fully customised tiny house in its garden in early 2025. This tiny house was purchased with multifunctional purposes in mind: For a place to sit in the garden with a kitchen nearby, as a garden office, and also as a guest house for family who visit very regularly. Because yes, with such a beautiful garden in the middle of the city, who wouldn't want to do something so fun? A successful project!
Camping de Kooi
On beautiful Terschelling, Dirk-Jan and Marloes have invested in the island's first two real Tiny Houses on wheels. Camping de Kooi is a progressive campsite that is always looking at new, adventurous and comfortable accommodation for its guests. Tiny Houses are the perfect solution in this regard!

Model Buxus in Groningen
High in the North of our country, is located Tiny House Holiday Home. A couple with a beautiful house and a huge estate where they have several accommodations for rent. Tiny.nl has already supplied 3 Buxus models here and more will follow. A beautiful place to really unwind!
Home office in Gemonde
In the beautiful Brabant town of Gemonde, Tiny.nl was able to install a tiny house in the garden for the owner's employees. She runs a web design company and offers her colleagues the opportunity to live in a Tiny House in the garden. She plans to roll this out nationwide in the future. Very cool! Team Tiny is a big fan of her idea!
Tiny House in Wamel
In the middle of the beautiful Brabant countryside, Tiny.nl had the opportunity to build a tiny house on wheels for a mother and her son. Always a fan of tiny houses, the mother decided to change tack. Within this space, we managed to give her son a separate bedroom so that he can retreat properly. As a result, both feel like they really have their own space in what appears to be a tiny Tiny House.
Tiny House for couple in the garden
In the beautiful Veluwe region, Tiny.nl was commissioned to build a Tiny House for a couple who had decided to live in the family's garden. The model is fully customised and has been conceived from a-z entirely by the client. Obviously in collaboration and based on advice from tiny.co.uk. A successful project!

Mantel care home in Houten
In Houten, we were able to deliver a beautiful sheltered house in a garden. This was the first Morus XL model built by Tiny.nl. We are extremely happy with the result. Even though the model required quite a few modifications due to its care function, it has been an instructive project!
Holiday park Eigen Wijze
At Holiday Park Own Way, Tiny.nl has been allowed to unload six Buxus models for a specific spot in the park, on a beautiful stretch of water. Tiny House Buxus lends itself perfectly to families looking to enjoy a weekend to a week of optimal playful, cosy yet very comfortable accommodation. A successful project
Tiny holiday home in Rheezerveen
In beautiful Rheezerveen, Tiny.nl was able to delight a family from Leiden with a brand new Tiny Loftcabin. They bought a piece of land in Rheezerveen to spend time together in beautiful nature during weekends, holidays and holidays. This family has eccentric tastes! They chose to make the window frames light blue, so they could really put their own idea and taste into the Tiny House. A fun and beautiful episode!
A residential house in Ooltgensplaat
Deep in South Holland, near the province of Zeeland, Tiny.nl built a residential house in accordance with the building regulations for a couple. This project is a wonderful initiative, where a farmer has decided to wind down his heavy activities and, in agreement with the municipality, has been allowed to parcel out 20 pieces of land on his land for rental. This is where tiny houses will be put up for habitation. A wonderful solution to the housing shortage!
Tiny Maternity home near Bergen aan Zee
Against the dune landscape of our beautiful coastline, we had the pleasure of installing a home for informal care, near Bergen aan Zee. The Morus XL model will first be occupied by the daughter. In a while, the parents will move out of the main house and the daughter will take over. As far as tiny.nl is concerned, a fantastic solution to the housing shortage and possible old age of the needy.
Tiny informal care home in Soest
Central in the country, in a beautiful green street, Tiny.nl was commissioned to install a Cedrus model as a home for informal care. This involved a lot of work as the house is close to a railway track, which meant that the hoisting work had to be done with very many hooks and eyes. Fortunately, everything went well and the occupant's father now lives in this beautiful house.
Garden shed in Zeist
In Zeist, we were able to make customers happy with our Prunus model. This model will be used as a guesthouse in the garden. As there was no sewerage system nearby, the house was equipped with a composting toilet.
The model is beautiful with the base buried so it really looks like a house in the garden.
Event company in Amsterdam, together with a global car brand
In collaboration with an Event Agency in Amsterdam, we were able to supply a Tiny House for a well-known car brand. This model will be used throughout Europe at trade shows to demonstrate how cars can supply power back to a house and vice versa.
Tiny informal care home in Eefde
Once again in the beautiful East of our country, Tiny.nl has been allowed to install a tiny house that will serve as a home for informal care for the residents' daughter. The municipality allowed this. As a result, she has not been placed out of home and put in a shelter, but can enjoy her own cosy and comfortable home in her parents' beautiful, green garden.
Care home Nijmegen
As a Care Home in Nijmegen, a customer of ours chose to have a beautiful little Prunus model installed for her daughter by Tiny.nl. It was a pretty precise job, but it was done! The client is also super happy with this snug and cosy location!

Campsite in Haastrecht
In Haastrecht, we were able to deliver two tiny houses that will be used for recreational rental in 2023.
Tiny Houses are a fun, comfortable and cosy accommodation that pay for themselves relatively quickly due to the popularity of the product. Another successful delivery!

Backyard Hilversum
Tiny Houses are often bought by people as an extra home in the garden for children. Due to the wheels (which can be nicely hidden away) and their flexible nature, they often do not need to apply for a permit, or only a simple temporary permit. Once the children no longer use the Tiny House, people often choose to rent it out on Airbnb, use it for lodgers or resell it again with a nice residual value.
Island in Kortenhoef
Even on all those beautiful little islands in Loosdrecht, Kortenhoef, Vinkeveen and the rest of the Netherlands, people are busy installing Tiny Houses. How? In Kortenhoef, we recently showed again how. The Tiny House is driven onto a pontoon, and then placed right on the island. That took a total of less than two hours.
Tiny 1 and 2 in Vijfhuizen
A better location hardly exists. A little park in Vijfhuizen where two of our Tiny Houses are rented out to tourists who can visit both Amsterdam and Haarlem. The Tiny Houses can be booked via Airbnb, so it is easy to imagine that they are almost always fully booked.
Both cottages Tiny.nl was able to supply from stock, bringing the delivery time to 2-4 weeks.
Family home the Morning Star
Sometimes young people can no longer live at home due to many different circumstances. For a whole host of them, there are the family homes, spread throughout the Netherlands. Gezinshuis de Morgenster has several young people living in it through Youth Care. To teach the youngsters to "live independently", they have had three tiny houses placed on the property in 2022. From Tiny, we handled the production, delivery, placement and aftercare of these Tiny Houses.
Tiny House Drenthe
We are very regularly asked whether Tiny.nl also owns or manages land where individuals can put up their future Tiny Dream House. Unfortunately, this is not yet the case and at best we can only give tips on how to approach people with land or campsites open to this. Recently, we were able to make someone in Drenthe happy with a Tiny House for habitation on a farmyard. Nice to see how people are getting more and more creative with ways to live comfortably in a small space.
Tiny House Hellevoetsluis
We have long known that Tiny Houses evoke creativity. In Hellevoetsluis, an owner of a semi-detached house had a Tiny House installed as a residence for his children in the garden. The children study abroad and regularly visit their parents in the Netherlands for longer periods of time. In time, the children will also return to the Netherlands where our beautiful Morus Model awaits them for a whole lot of living pleasure!
Tiny House Ameland for staff
Not all Tiny Houses on the Wadden Islands are used for recreation. On Ameland, a clever hospitality entrepreneur placed two Tiny Houses in his garden for his staff. Because of staff and housing shortages on Ameland, he has used them to find people from the mainland to rent the Tiny Houses for occupancy at a very decent rate.
Tiny Houses from Tiny.nl are also an ideal solution for staff!
Tiny House Zoeterwoude
In Zoeterwoude, a Tiny House enthusiast has managed to secure a spot on a campsite for permanent residence. Due to high house prices and rents, the idea of a Tiny House started bubbling in his mind some time ago. Tiny.nl built the Tiny House for him. He himself installs solar panels on it to cut down on energy expenses. So you live in a Tiny House for a modest amount of money!
Tiny House Oxford
Near the Tiny office in Werkhoven, we recently had the opportunity to install a Tiny House on a beautiful plot of land overlooking the water. They are currently building a house here and are staying in the Tiny House in the meantime. At the time they will move into the new house, the Tiny House will be used for rental to guests who want to explore this beautiful area. Because of the privacy of these residents, we are only sharing some photos of the beautiful drive there.
Tiny House Doezum
In Doezum, a student from the University of Groningen, has decided to return to his parents' quiet and beautiful yard against the border of Friesland. The Tiny House has been put in the garden and will still be fitted with a terrace, built by our partner Douglas Hout in Ede. Photos of the finished project will follow soon!
Care farm At Bram
A while ago Tuesday, we delivered the first Tiny House (of several for this organisation) at BijBram. BijBram is a small-scale care organisation, set up 10 years ago by Bram, where respect, equality, support and treatment are key.
This first Tiny House will serve as additional office and practice space in the beautiful garden of this care farm. The next Tiny Houses will serve for recreation, as additional treatment rooms, and accommodation for members.
Tiny House Camping Bakkum
At Camping Bakkum, a customer had an Off-Grid Tiny House fully customised for the family. During high season, all camping equipment is built up or driven onto the campsite to be stored again during low season. A Tiny House is the perfect solution because of its mobile chassis. Lots of camping fun guaranteed!
Cottage in the garden in Wijk bij Duurstede
In Wijk bij Duurstede, near Werkhoven, we were able to install a Tiny House behind the house of one of our clients. This client's daughter works in the home office but wanted to have her own place to live. A tiny house is the perfect solution for this. Everything went satisfactorily and the customer is happy with her new house!

In North Holland, near Zaandam, Tiny.nl was able to supply a demo model. This tiny house will be used for rental purposes. Ideal for a couple who fancy staying in the middle of greenery in a cosy and comfortable environment. A terrace completes it all!
