The big advantage of a Tiny Home on wheels is of course its flexibility and mobility. Interesting when, for example, certain land may be "temporarily" occupied.

When flexibility and mobility are less important, it is always advisable to look at Tiny Home models that are "fixed", i.e. placed without a trailer. The advantage of this type of Tiny Homes is that you have much more freedom in terms of dimensions and design options. This is because you are not bound by the dimensions and maximum weight of a trailer.

This is because we see Tiny Homes just like "cars", an awful lot of development goes into them before you have a good Tiny Home model that will last 20 years without any problems.
